Responsibilities

Design realistic military equipment and weapons
Create atmospheric environment concepts
Develop character design and visual identity
Produce mood boards and visual references
Collaborate with 3D artists on asset creation
Maintain visual consistency across all artwork

Requirements

Strong digital painting and concept art skills
Portfolio featuring realistic military/horror themes
Proficiency in Photoshop/similar software
Understanding of military equipment and aesthetics
Working mic for voice collaboration
Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

Game industry concept art experience
Military or tactical equipment knowledge
Eastern European cultural/historical knowledge
3D modeling understanding for feasibility
