Website Developer

Remote•Revenue ShareWe are currently operating on Revenue Share compensation. Salary amounts are planned pay for when funding milestones are reached. The two co-founders are deferring their pay until team members receive fair sales-based payouts.
Current Revenue Share: $36.90/hr
Planned Salary (Post-Funding): $18.45/hr
Develop and maintain our Next.js website, focusing on performance, accessibility, and user experience. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to implement new features and improve existing ones.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain website features using Next.js and React
  • Optimize website performance and SEO
  • Ensure accessibility standards are met
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams
  • Write clean, maintainable code and documentation
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Next.js, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Familiarity with Git workflow
  • Working mic for voice collaboration
  • Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with server-side rendering and static site generation
  • Familiarity with headless CMS and API integration
  • Experience with performance optimization and analytics
